Terms of Service
These terms set out the conditions for using the services provided by keisoku (the "Site"). By using the Site, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
Article 1 (Application)
These terms apply to all matters relating to the use of the Site.
Article 2 (Fees)
The Site's calculators are, in principle, free to use. Any communication charges required for access are borne by the user.
Article 3 (Prohibited Conduct)
When using the Site, users must not engage in any of the following:
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Acts that place an excessive load on the Site's servers or network
- Acts that interfere with the operation of the Site or infringe the rights of other users or third parties
- Reproducing, reposting, or redistributing the Site's content without permission
- Any other act the Site deems inappropriate
Article 4 (Intellectual Property)
Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the text, design, programs, and other materials published on the Site belong to the Site or to their rightful owners. The formulas, official standards, and statistics used by each calculator are themselves publicly available facts, and the Site does not claim any exclusive rights over them.
Article 5 (Disclaimer)
The accuracy of the Site's calculation results and information, and responsibility arising from their use, are as set out in our Disclaimer.
Article 6 (Changes to and Suspension of the Service)
The Site may change the content of the service, or suspend or terminate it, without prior notice to users.
Article 7 (Changes to These Terms)
The Site may change these terms without notice to users whenever it deems necessary. The revised terms take effect when posted on this page.
