Enter your date of birth and the date you want to check.

How it works

  • Just pick your date of birth and the date you want to check (the reference date) to automatically compute three rhythms: physical (23-day cycle), emotional (28-day cycle) and intellectual (33-day cycle).
  • Each rhythm is shown from โˆ’100% to +100%, color-coded as high on the positive side, low on the negative side, and a critical day near zero where the cycle switches direction.
  • You can review the trend for the days before and after the reference date in both a chart and a table, so you can anticipate when your condition is likely to rise or fall.
  • The calculation uses the standard biorhythm theory of a sine wave based on the number of days elapsed divided by each cycle length.
  • Biorhythms are not scientifically proven; please enjoy them only as entertainment and a rough guide for self-management.
  • Set the check date to the same day as your birthday or any later date. You can calculate for past dates or future plans alike.

Frequently asked questions

How is a biorhythm calculated?
The tool counts the days from your birth date to the target date and applies a sine wave over each cycle: physical (23 days), emotional (28 days), and intellectual (33 days), following the common biorhythm theory.
How do I read the percentages?
Each rhythm runs from โˆ’100% to +100%, with the positive side high and the negative side low. Values near zero are highlighted as critical switch-over days, and a chart and table show the seven days before and after your target date.
Is biorhythm scientifically reliable?
No. Biorhythm has no proven scientific basis, so treat it as entertainment or a rough self-management guide. The target date must be on or after the birth date, but it can be in the past or the future.
