How it works
- The total score is calculated as: 5 points per try + 2 points per successful conversion + 3 points per penalty goal + 3 points per drop goal.
- A conversion can only be kicked after a try, so the number of conversions cannot be entered higher than the number of tries.
- League table points are based on 4 points for a win, 2 for a draw and 0 for a loss, with any bonus points added on top.
- The try bonus is 1 point awarded to a team that scores plenty of tries (for example, a win with three or more tries than the opponent). The losing bonus is 1 point for a team that loses by 7 points or fewer.
- Because the conditions for bonus points vary between leagues and competitions, you can toggle each bonus on or off when calculating.
- The points and league points breakdowns are shown in tables, useful for tracking the score during a match or simulating league standings.
