How it works
- Supports milliliters (mL), liters (L), cubic meters (m³), cubic centimeters (cm³), cubic inches, cubic feet, US gallons, UK gallons, pints and quarts, plus the traditional Japanese shaku, go, sho, to and koku.
- The reference unit is the liter (L). Every unit is first converted to liters and then to the target unit, so all conversions are produced consistently at the same time.
- Calculations use the defined values 3.785411784 L for the US gallon, 4.54609 L for the UK gallon, and 180.39 mL for the go (sho = 10 go, to = 10 sho, koku = 10 to).

- For units that differ by many orders of magnitude, significant figures are aligned for readability, and extremely large or small values switch to exponential notation.
